No additional step is needed. Deposits via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet are instant; mobile banking and local payment may take subject to verification. Bank transfers (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) typically settle within 1–2 hours on business days. If a deposit fails to arrive after subject to verification, contact our support team with your transaction ID from your e-wallet app.
Payments and Transactions
We offer tools to help you manage your rploot account securely. You can change your password, update your email address, and add optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for login protection. You can also view your full account history (deposits, withdrawals, game activity) and download statements for your records. If you suspect unauthorized access, log out all active sessions from the Security section and reset your password immediately. You can request a temporary account suspension (pause access for a set period) or a permanent account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. We retain minimal data post-closure per legal requirements.
If a deposit fails, the money remains in your e-wallet or bank account; no funds are deducted from rploot. Check your e-wallet app or bank statement to confirm the payment did not go through. If your deposit appears in your e-wallet transaction history but not in your rploot balance, note your transaction ID and contact our support team immediately. We investigate and credit your account within 1–3 business hours. For withdrawals, if a transfer is declined by your bank (e.g., account closed or name mismatch), we return the funds to your rploot balance and notify you of the reason. You can then resubmit the withdrawal to a different account or payment method. Withdrawals to online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment typically arrive within minutes; bank transfers take 1–2 hours on business days. Idul Fitri and other public holidays may delay bank settlements.

Bonus offers on rploot vary by promotion and region. When a bonus is active, full terms are displayed in the Promotions section of your account before you claim it. No. Our rploot policy is one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all linked accounts and forfeiture of balances. We detect multi-accounting using IP address, device ID, email, phone number, and identity documents. If you forgot your password or think your account is compromised, contact support to recover or secure your existing account instead of opening a new one. If you attempt to circumvent a suspension or closure by creating another account, we will close the new account and any future accounts linked to you. Account eligibility requires you to be the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to use rploot. Users are responsible for verifying that access to rploot is legal in their own jurisdiction.
